Our first heat wave of the season turned my thoughts to cold dishes again and I found this recipe and happy I did. I followed the directions precisely and this turned out so good.

I'm new to making potato salad, and I was pleased with the result of this recipe. I roughly doubled it for a baby shower I attended. It went over well. Personally, I'd do a little less of the dressing. This potato salad is good plain, but it would also be good with bleu cheese or some other add-ins that more creative chefs than myself would be confident adding. Anyway, I recommend this recipe.

I never have had much luck with potato salad so I stopped trying. I tried the beef stew recipe from about.com and was very pleased, so I tried this one. I finally have a delicious, easy, recipe for potato salad. The potatoes cooked perfectly! What a pleasure...and a relief
