I am sooo picky about Potato Salad. However, I have never made my own. I was really craving some good homemade Potato Salad so I found this recipe and it seemed easy enough, so I made it. WOW I'm glad I did. It's sooo good!!! I cannot wait to make it for gatherings or just to have in the house again so I can snack on it after work. YUM! I did just like the recipe said, and it came out perfect.

Not even kidding. This is the BEST potato salad recipe ever. I have made it about 10 times in the last 2 years. People beg me to make it. My Grandpa, who loves potato salad and has had many many over the years, says it is the best he has ever had. I follow the recipe to the letter and it comes out PERFECT every time. I usually have to triple the recipe because people are always asking me to bring it potlucks. Do yourself a favor and MAKE THIS!!!!!

Everyone like it the first time I made it but I did add a couple things to really top it off. Yes, I realize that it adds fat but sometimes it's SOOO worth it. Added: 6 crumbly pieces of bacon 1/2 cup small cubed cheddar cheese 1/2 cup small cubed montery jack cheese

Yikes! Way too much salt and mayo for our family's taste. I almost threw it away, but we got most of it down, eventually, then gave the rest to the chickens. Sorry.

I made this salad for appx. 16 people and everyone said that it is the best potato salad that they have ever eaten. I will most certainly use this recipe forever.

I made this today with my husband. Of course with a family of 6, I had to triple the recipe. We all thought it was awesome. I even had my mother in law come over and have a bowl. Now she wants the recipe. Would definitely make this again, probably real soon.

Very simple- I thought it would be ""just another potato salad"" but I received so many compliments that I will be making this salad everytime I need a potato salad. I did add some mustard to the dressing and used the boiled eggs as garnish instead of tossing with the salad. I got many compliments on the presentation which was boiled eggs, green onions, and chopped tomatoes as garnish- very colorful.

Married 30 years. Never could make potato salad. But this is delicious! Easy to make. I did add some sweet salad pickles and about 1/2 tsp mustard. My family loved it! Served it with seafood gumbo.

I made this for my son's first birthday party and everyone LOVED it! I added some fresh radishes from our garden for flavor and color, but left everything else the same.
