I registered with About.com (I never register anywhere) just to thank you for this great recipe!. It's easy to prepare, and the results are very satisfying. We made it to use in sandwiches. We have made it 5 times now using whatever pork is on sale with the same great results. We're just two retired folks, so we freeze portions and nuke one whenever we're in the mood for a great meal, or have unexpected company drop by. This is great pulled pork barbecue with a little zip. Good Stuff.

This was really easy to make and so delicious. I added a couple jalepeno peppers. The last hour of cooking I also added a can of black beans. Served on tortillas with some Spanish rice and cheese. Will definately make it again!

Outstanding flavor and Easy. I used homemade Salsa Fresca and 8 hours later the pork fell apart. I served it with Jalapeno Refried Black Beans, Mexican white rice and grilled corn tortillas. My family went Nuts! They loved it. We will do this again. Rod R
