This was a great dinner! I followed the recipie, however I did add four cloves of garlic, two more table spoons of honey and added salt and pepper. I also read a review about thickening the juice. I scooped out as much juice that I could added some flour, I let it thicken for 10 min stirring constantly and added it back into the crock pot after pulling the pork apart. Everyone loved it, we will make this again and again!

Man! This recipe came out great. Highly recommended. Made the recipe as directed. I did add about a half cup of apple cider vinegar and maybe two tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce. Will make again!

This came out pretty good, but I would make one small change. The pork gives off so much water during the process that it ends up sitting in diluted bbq sauce. Therefore the pork is fairly bland. I would use much less bbq sauce in the slow cooker. Then either at the end or maybe even midway through I would drain out the liquid and add the remainder of the bbq sauce.

This couldn't have been easier, and it was absolutely delicious! The pork ends up so tender it literally falls apart. The recipe makes enough for a big brood or for my family of three with enough left over for lunch the next day.

My family could not get enough of this wonderful recipe. I did make a few changes, I added more seasoning as the pork cooked, I also used more honey and hot sauce as the roast cooked. I removed the meat and took the sauce out, removed fat off suface of juices, and boiled the remainder on the stove until thickened to my liking. I tore the pork added back to the crock pot and poured the thicked sauce on top. I cooked the remainder on low and served. My family wants this all the time.
