Pumpkin Pie Recipe

I needed something quick and made with pumpkin. This was perfect. I used Splenda for the sugar and non fat evaporated milk. It worked out great and cooking it in the microwave saved time and heating up the kitchen. Of course we added real whipped cream as a garnish, because you can't eat pumpkin pie without it. This would be a great recipe for those men out there that say they can't cook.
