I thought the instructions were too simple. Lets hope it tastes ok.

I made this quiche and it was delicious. My husband says real men don't eat quiche, so we called it ham and cheese pie! Served with a salad it was a great dinner, something different!

I was going through the internet looking for a new quiche to make because the majority of the ones I found online were dry or just boring, but WOW this one is fluffy, airy, very tasteful. My husband asked if I would make another one! GREAT RECIOE! Thank-you!
