This recipe received rave reviews from my guests. I tweaked the recipe a bit by adding red pepper flakes and topped it with fresh, chopped spinach. I also used a store-bought crust (Pillsbury) which had a crunchy, buttery taste and flakey texture. The flavors were too good to be true and I will certainly use this recipe a million times!!!!

It was easy to make and so delicious - I ate 3 slices myself - I would make sure you have a deep dish pastry shell tho because it overflowed the regular shell - LOL
