Excellent way to use extra tomatoes in the garden. Used up ripe and unripe jalapenos and it was fabulous!!

Tried this recipie with my family. I substituted bell pepper for the chili or other hotter pepper. Everyone loved it! Makin another batch for the weekend!

Fantastic! I replaced the chile with green bell pepper and re bell pepper. It tastes just so refreshing. Must try!!!
