This would be a fabulous receipe if the step regarding the rice was not missing. I questioned the rice being cooked in the pan for such a short period but followed the instructions and ruined my dish. The receipe should say 1 1/4 cup of pre-cooked/cooked long grain rice. The cooking time given is not enough to cook the rice. So Please cook your rice first and then follow the instructions and it is probably a wonderful dish.
