I used low fat everything and it was DELICIOUS! I am definately going to make this dish again. In my family this recipe serves four fyi, but it was great!

a friend made this and I begged for the recipe It is great as it is but easy to adapt to favorites ie- I left out the celery and changed the soup to cream of mushroom adding a can of mushrooms (drained) another time I used cream of chicken soup and added a cup of diced chicken I taken it to several covered dish dinners and made sure I had several printed copies of the recipe to give out as I have always been asked for it.
