Candied Sweet Potatoes

For there being so few ingredients, this was great!!! We did make a slight change; instead of a cup and a half of water, I used a cup of orange juice and a half cup of water. Otherwise, same four ingredients, and it came out absolutely perfect. We couldn't believe that it was so flavorful, but had no butter, nothing fattening, no nothing. Even my wife and sister in law, who are both health freaks and hate eating anything with any ounce of fat, ate this and loved it and couldn't believe the few amount of ingredients in it. We'll keep this recipe for thanksgivings to come!!!
