Tilapia Oh-so-good-green-PestoApril 04, 2009 By sequoiapam
everyone loved it. I added a bit more olive oil. Took several stirs and on off with my blender, but easy to do. I cooked it 10min longer, but I cooked 10 fillets. This recipe is a keeper.

Excellent. My husband raved about it. I cut the pesto ingredients in half since I was only cooking 3 Tilapia filets. I still had loads of pesto left over.

Quick and EasyFebruary 27, 2008 By DebinAtlanta
I consider myself to be the queen of 5 minute healthy meals. This one fits right in. The prep was easy. I used parmasean reggiano and flaked it more so than shedded or grated it. I used sea salt as well. It turned out great. I served it with thin speghetti. It would be ideal to add a glass of white wine and Garlic bread. I'm sure I will make it again soon. Total prep time 5 minutes. The baking time was just enough to clean the kitchen, make the speghetti and set the table.

This is my new favorite fish recipe!August 14, 2007 By lhorow
This is so easy and flavorful, and everyone loved it. I used mahi mahi the second time I made it, and it was just as wonderful.
