I made this tonight for my husband and I. I've never made veal parmesean before, so I was a little nervous. It was great! The veal cutlets I bought were already thin, so I didn't have to pound them or fry them too long. I would definitely make this again. My husband had 4 pieces and he is normally pretty picky, so I know it was good!

Made this tonight. It's a straightforward perfect recipe. We absolutely loved it. I pounded out the pork a little bit first so that it was more tender, and so it didn't need 4 minutes each side. Just don't overcook the veal, and it'll be awesome.
