Cheeto Burgers

2lbs of ground beef 2-3oz of crushed fluffy cheetos Mix well Add salt, pepper, whatever you like grilled with the burgers Grill these on a hot grill to the temperature you like. Put these on a plain or onion bun and enjoy. You will say, 'why didn't i think of that?' Nice side is thinly sliced potatoes(4 or 5) in thick foil or in a pan, add lots of butter, kosher salt, fresh ground pepper 350F until potatoes are soft(1-2HRS) You will enjoy this meal, its so easy, but tastes like lots of work went into it, so your boss may be impressed.

Hamburger Cooking Tips

The secret is one packet dry onion soup mix and a raw egg for one pound of ground beef. I use the 93/7% fat mix because the dry onion soup mix and egg will keep it from tasting too dry. Just do into parties and you can go anywhere from there. Just plain as a burger or put into a gravy. This combination is good in meat balls in a sauce as well. Umm good!!

easy trick for grilled burgers

2 tbsp of applesauce per pound of ground beef keeps even the thinnest burgers from drying out on the grill
