Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Steps to Make It

Gather the ingredients and preheat the oven to 375 F/190 C/Gas 5.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, or grease the pan.

In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat the egg and blend in brown sugar.

Combine flour, soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture a little at a time, alternating additions with the vegetable oil.
